I LOVE writing posts where I get to share my favorite products or finds with you all. I don’t know why, but it gives me immense pleasure. Hmm… Maybe I am the sharing type that’s why? 😉 Anyways in today’s post I shall be sharing some recent favorite products, some are old and others are my new-found love 🙂

This is a new find for me. If you have been following my blog for some time, you would know I recently hauled quite a lot of products from Charlote Tilbury. The Full fat lashes mascara is the first product from the haul that I put to test and fell in love instantly, like on the first use. It’s awesome. It claims to curl, lengthen, separate and give volume and drama to the lashes. For me it does all this and a lot more. I noticed my lashes looking beautiful, wispy and doll-like <3 A friend asked if I was wearing false lashes and I smiled from ear to ear knowing that this tube did do wonders on my lashes. Another thing is it holds the curl for a long time, like practically till you take off the mascara. It’s that good. The wand is also very good as it doesn’t poke in your eyes. it also doesn’t flake or smudge. Pretty cool and fool-proof.
I am so happy I have this in my make-up stash.
2. URBAN DECAY de slick MAKEUP SETTING SPRAY
An oldie but a goodie. This is no new discovery for me, but I had to include this in this post as this setting spray is a staple in my makeup routine. I have been using this spray non-stop specifically the de-slick one as it is quite hot and humid nowadays here in Karachi, Pakistan. I use this with a full face of makeup and also with a simple translucent powder, to set that afterwards. This spray extends the wear time of the makeup and helps the makeup look flawless.
I think I was living under a rock, since I am the last person on earth to have invested in this stunning powder so late. PHEW! Sometimes my silly self amazes me 😉 Anyways I am glad I found this. This is a new discovery for me! YES. Don’t be shocked. Somehow, I don’t know why I never got round to purchasing this powder. This is an excellent and super affordable powder. Though I am not a huge fan of its packaging but frankly there are more pros compared to cons. Firstly it is very affordable. Excellent to carry on the go. Light weight and very finely milled. So much so that it meshes beautifully with the skin as if it is skin itself. Doesn’t clog pores, or causes breakout. My skin is combination type, with super oily T zone. And this powder does an excellent job in keeping my oil deposits at bay. Best thing is skin looks fresh all day long. And it doesn’t look powdery or patchy or too much caked up. I use the shade translucent.
One word for this  powder: BEAUTIFUL
4. MAX FACTOR X LIPFINITY TOP COAT
Another new discovery for me, the MAX FACTOR LIPFINITY Top Coat is a savior for dry lips and liquid lipsticks. My best friend who lives in Germany sent it for me as part of my birthday gift. I got in the shade clear. It is basically designed to be worn on top of Lipfinity colors from the Max Factor range. But as I did not own those, I used this on top of my matte lipsticks, liquid lipsticks and also before doing my makeup as part of my lip prepping. And I loved it. It is like a clear lip balm which helps in soothing and moisturising the lips. When worn on top of a liquid lipstick, it looks good and gives a perfect finishing touch to the lips without the lips looking dry or cracked.
Now I keep this on top of my vanity or carry it around specifically when I am wearing liquid lipstick.
5. FREEMAN bare foot repair!
I love foot creams. Specially the thick creamy or balm-y types, not the lotion ones. Freeman products are pretty good quality. I adore their face scrubs and masks. So while on my weekly grocery shopping trip, I spied this particular tube resting on the shelf of the beauty aisle, I quickly grabbed it. This is a thick cream for dry feet. My feet tend to get dry and I love using thick creams which envelop my foot luxuriously. This cream smooths my feet and gives continuous hydration. It is pretty affordable too. I have been using this every alternate day.
