I love wearing red lipstick. I believe it can instantly perk up any outfit, brighten the complexion and can add a little oomph to the whole look 😉 I have my share of good trusty red lippies, some new and others old, but I have never ever felt the urge to part ways with any of them. Today’s post is all about the current red Lipstick that I fell in love with. Keep on reading to find out 😉
My youngest sister gifted me this liquid Matte lipstick by Dose Of Colors in the shade Kiss of Fire and I instantly tried it on and LOVED it <3

PACKAGING
The packaging is very sturdy. It comes in a hard and thick plastic tube. The applicator is perfect for lining the lips and filling in with color. It takes out enough in one go to cover the entire lip.
COLOR AND FRAGRANCE
The color is a very fiery red with a hint of pink, though on application it looks a through and through red albeit a bit bright. Fragrance feels like a cupcake but not over powering or very sweet. Also it is cruelty free, gluten-free, paraben free and vegan 🙂

TEXTURE/FEEL
Kiss Of Fire has a very smooth and velvety texture. I felt no difficulty in applying it to my lips. It glided on my lips like a dream. It did not feel tacky or heavy. My lips did not feel dry, flaky or irritated. You can easily layer more product on top without it crumbling away.
STAYING POWER
Staying power is very good. With eating a proper dinner, it easily stays on the lips for a good 6 to 8 hours. It is not transfer resistant. It does transfer  but very little.

VERDICT
Kiss of Fire is a gorgeous fiery red colored liquid matte lipstick. Starting from the shade to the feel and the whole experience of wearing it on the lips, I was very pleasantly impressed by it. I would highly recommend everyone to try it out as I am sure you will not be disappointed by it 🙂
